Successfully resolved over 560 Installment Agreements, Not Collectible Resolutions, Wage Garnishment Releases and Bank-Levy Releases. Saved taxpayers over $1.1 million through Offers-In-Compromises.
Represented multiple clients in felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, child custody matters, estate disputes, business disputes and personal-injury cases.

Filed multiple Tax-Court Petitions in the United States Tax Courts and has represented clients before the IRS Appeals Office.
Prepared numerous insurance-coverage analysis letters, as well as represented employees in unemployment cases before the Employment Development Department (EDD).
Shaun graduated from Western Michigan University’s Cooley Law School in 2007, where he received his Juris Doctor and Magna Cum Laude with a concentration in litigation. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Arts with a Major in History from Asbury University in 2003.
