About our FIRM

Radoslovich | Shapiro prides itself on its innovative idea of 360 Support

We aim to meet all of our clients’ legal needs with a full-service approach.

Founded in 1995, our firm has grown to provide legal services for virtually every type of business in California, from aspiring startups to industry leaders. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop for nearly all our clients’ legal needs.

With bigger law firms, it’s common for attorneys to get pigeonholed into narrow practice specialties. Radoslovich | Shapiro, PC Attorneys has built a more collaborative model where our seasoned lawyers in Sacramento work together as a powerful team, using their combined experience to adapt to a wide variety of legal matters.

We distinguish ourselves from other firms by making sure all of our attorneys are well-practiced in both litigation and transactional work. We believe well-rounded knowledge adds value to every interaction with our clients.

This methodology exclusively positions us to offer our clients an innovative approach to legal services that we have dubbed ‘360 Support,’ which encompasses and exceeds the traditional outside and in-house counsel roles by incorporating risk management support.
